The Ama-Dots were one of my favorite bands. Bill Stace on drums, Boolah on vocals (Sub Pop called her vocal sound "like a witch in need of a throat lozenge...") and percussion, Gary on guitar and Lisa Wicklund on bass. This band was driven by the low end rhythm of Lisa and Bill while Gary kept the chords alternating from light to heavy and Boolah growled and harmonized with Lisa. This band rocked.
